Dave Kobos, a 1983 Auto and Diesel technology graduate of Northwestern Business College, has made a career of efficiently caring for vehicles on the go for 25 years now.  He has worked in both fleet maintenance and customer service sides of Truck and Auto Repair facilities before entering the RV industry 15 years ago.  Dave comments on how lucky he was to have experienced both auto and truck shops prior to him starting with RV's in the early 90's. "Although the makes and models have changed since then the one constant is the RV customer," he comments.  "Today's RV customer still values his vacation time preciously and appreciates a dependable vehicle as much if not more so then the commercial customer using his RV for business or the retirees enjoying those golden years," he says. It seems the dependability needed in the fleet business with its stringent focus on preventative maintenance and worry free miles has been nicely merged with the retail customer desires of the Recreational Vehicle customer in the Atlanta area. Dave an ASE (National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence) Master in truck, auto, and truck equipment has also achieved the RVIA (Recreation Vehicle Institute Association) Master Technician's degree a very distinguished accomplishment in the industry. "Today's RV customer is looking for a 1 stop shop as much as possible and one that treats the vehicles with the care and respect they deserve," he says, "These aren't just vacation toys like some think, these are 2nd homes and trusted vehicles of planned vacations and weddings and the like and you just can't reschedule those types of days cause your coach is acting up." Dave's 13 year following of customers in the Atlanta area now have a brand new center to visit and having been designed from the ground up with an RV first mind set it is no surprise it will be in the forefront of Atlanta RV Service for many years to come.  The new center along with the plans of triage and turnaround is setting new standards in the RV service industry for years to come.
